Important: CrediPocket is a personal storage tool. Original certificates issued by RTOs (Registered Training Organisations) remain the official proof of training.

Site access decisions are made by employers and site managers based on their requirements. CrediPocket helps you organize and track credentials so you're ready when asked during Site checks and onboarding.

While many workers use CrediPocket to share digital copies with employers for convenience, you should always:

  • Check with your employer about their requirements
  • Keep your original certificates safe
  • Confirm that digital copies are acceptable before relying on them

Not a verification service. Employers and RTOs remain responsible for verification, while CrediPocket makes HTML export for convenient presentation available for employer record-keeping.

Getting Started

How do I create an account?

To start organizing and tracking credentials, getting started is straightforward:

  • Step 1: Download CrediPocket from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  • Step 2: Sign up with your email address and create a password
  • Step 3: Complete the one-time $29 payment via secure card payment
  • Step 4: Start adding your credentials!

The whole process usually takes a few minutes.

Which email address should I use?
Use your primary email address — this is where Expiry reminders may be sent (delivery not guaranteed and depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party services).

Make sure it's an email address you check regularly. Double-check it's correct before completing payment, as this will be your account login and where Expiry reminders may be sent (delivery not guaranteed and depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party services).

What payment methods do you accept?

To activate access, we accept all major credit and debit cards including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes.

All payments are processed through Stripe, which uses industry-standard security and encryption. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles everything securely.

Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

Using CrediPocket

How do I add a credential?

Add credentials to keep everything organised for Site checks and onboarding:

  • Step 1: Tap the + button on the home screen
  • Step 2: Select your credential type from the list (or search for it)
  • Step 3: Enter details like certificate number, issue date, and expiry date
  • Step 4: Upload a photo of your certificate (optional but recommended)
  • Step 5: Tap "Save"

That's it. Your credential is now stored and you may receive Expiry reminders before it expires (delivery not guaranteed and depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party services).

Can I add credentials that don't expire?

Yes. Some credentials like trade licences don't have expiry dates, and you can still organize and track credentials that never expire.

When adding a credential, simply check the box that says "This credential does not expire". The expiry date field will be disabled and you won't receive Expiry reminders (delivery not guaranteed and depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party services) for that credential.

How do I edit or delete a credential?

Keeping records current helps with Site checks and onboarding.

To edit:

  • Tap on the credential from your home screen
  • Tap the "Edit Credential" button
  • Make your changes and tap "Save Changes"

To delete:

  • Tap on the credential
  • Scroll down and tap "Delete Credential"
  • Confirm the deletion

Note: Deleting a credential cannot be undone, so make sure you really want to remove it!

How do expiry reminders work?

Expiry reminders help you stay current by scheduling notifications at the following intervals (delivery not guaranteed and depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party services):

  • 30 days before expiry
  • 14 days before expiry
  • 7 days before expiry
  • 1 day before expiry

You may receive both (delivery not guaranteed and depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party services):

  • Push notifications on your phone (delivery not guaranteed)
  • Email notifications to your registered email (delivery not guaranteed)
Important: While we do our best to deliver reminders reliably, you remain responsible for tracking your own expiry dates. Notifications may fail due to device settings or technical issues. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can I turn off reminder notifications (delivery not guaranteed)?

Yes. Expiry reminders are optional and delivery is not guaranteed.

If you want to disable them:

  • In the app: Go to your device's Settings → CrediPocket → Notifications (delivery not guaranteed)
  • Or: Disable notifications in your phone's system settings (delivery not guaranteed)

You can also disable email notifications separately if you prefer to receive only push notifications (delivery not guaranteed) or vice versa.

How do I export my credentials as document?

HTML export for convenient presentation helps you share credentials during Site checks and onboarding.

Export all credentials:

  • From the home screen, tap the "Export All" button
  • A professional document will be generated with all your credentials
  • Choose to share, save, or email the document

Export a single credential:

  • Tap on the credential you want to export
  • Tap "Export as document"
  • Share or save the individual credential document

The document exports include your photo, certificate details, and current status, which can be useful for sharing with employers or keeping for your records.

Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving reminder notifications (delivery not guaranteed)

Expiry reminders rely on device settings and connectivity. Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check app notification settings (delivery not guaranteed):

  • Make sure notifications are enabled in the CrediPocket app settings (delivery not guaranteed)

2. Check device notification settings (delivery not guaranteed):

  • Go to your phone's Settings → CrediPocket
  • Make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned ON (delivery not guaranteed)
  • Check that alerts, sounds, and badges are enabled

3. Check email notifications (delivery not guaranteed):

  • Look in your spam/junk folder for emails from admin@dravora.com.au
  • Mark these emails as "Not Spam" to ensure future delivery

4. Test notifications (delivery not guaranteed):

  • Push notifications only work on physical devices (not simulators/emulators) and are not guaranteed
  • Try adding a test credential with an expiry date in a few days

I forgot my password

Resetting your password keeps your credentials accessible:

  • Step 1: On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
  • Step 2: Enter your email address
  • Step 3: Check your email for a password reset link from admin@dravora.com.au
  • Step 4: Click the link and create a new password
  • Step 5: Return to the app and sign in with your new password

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

The app won't let me upload a photo

Uploads keep your documents organised for Site checks and onboarding. Try these solutions:

1. Check permissions:

  • Go to Settings → CrediPocket → Photos
  • Make sure "All Photos" or "Read and Write" is selected
  • For camera access: Settings → CrediPocket → Camera → Allow

2. Try a different photo:

  • Very large files might fail to upload
  • Make sure the photo is a standard format (JPG, PNG)

3. Restart the app:

  • Close CrediPocket completely
  • Reopen it and try uploading again

Still stuck? Email admin@dravora.com.au with your device type and a description of the error.

My credential shows the wrong status

Credential status helps you stay ready for Site checks and onboarding and is calculated automatically based on the expiry date:

  • "Current" = More than 14 days until expiry
  • "Expiring Soon" = Between 1-14 days until expiry
  • "Expired" = Past the expiry date
  • "Does Not Expire" = No expiry date set

If the status looks wrong:

  • Check that you entered the expiry date correctly
  • Tap on the credential → Edit → Check the expiry date
  • Make sure you selected the right date format

The status updates automatically every day, so if you just renewed a credential, update the expiry date in the app.

I need to change my email address

To change your registered email address, please contact us at admin@dravora.com.au with:

  • Your current (old) email address
  • Your new email address
  • A brief explanation of the change request

We'll confirm your identity and update your account within 1-2 business days.

Important: After the change, you'll need to sign in with your new email address. All future reminder emails will be sent to the new address.
Do I need to pay again if I reinstall the app?

No.

Your payment is tied to your account, not your device. If you:

  • Get a new phone
  • Reinstall the app
  • Switch between iOS and Android

Simply sign in with the same email and password you used when you first signed up. Your credentials and payment status should be restored when you sign in.

You only pay the $29 once for ongoing access while the service remains available.

Account & Data

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers using Supabase, helping you organize and track credentials reliably.

All data is:

  • Encrypted in transit (when moving between your device and our servers)
  • Encrypted at rest (when stored on our servers)
  • Protected by industry-standard security measures
Who can see my credentials?

Access is restricted to your account.

Your credentials are kept private and secure. We do not sell your personal information and only share data with service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not:

  • Sell your information
  • Use your data for advertising

The only time your credentials leave your account is when you actively choose HTML export for convenient presentation or share them via document.

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

If you no longer need to organize and track credentials, you can permanently delete your account and all data:

  • Step 1: Open the CrediPocket app
  • Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the home screen
  • Step 3: Tap "Delete Account"
  • Step 4: Confirm that you want to delete your account
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your credentials, photos, and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will also lose access to the app immediately.

After deletion, if you want to use CrediPocket again, you'll need to create a new account and pay again.

Legal & Compliance

Does CrediPocket verify my credentials?
Not a verification service. Employers and RTOs remain responsible for verification.

CrediPocket helps you organize and track credentials with Expiry reminders and HTML export for convenient presentation, so you're ready for Site checks and onboarding.

You remain responsible for:

  • Uploading accurate copies of your certificates
  • Ensuring digital copies match your original certificates
  • Maintaining original certificates from RTOs
  • Renewing credentials before they expire

Original certificates issued by Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) remain the official proof of training.

What if my credential expires?

You remain responsible for renewing your own credentials.

Expiry reminders help you stay on top of expiry dates (delivery not guaranteed and depends on device settings, connectivity, and third-party services), but:

  • Reminders are a convenience feature, not a guarantee
  • You must track your own expiry dates
  • You must arrange your own renewals with RTOs
Important: We are not liable for expired credentials, missed reminders, or any consequences resulting from expired certificates. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can employers rely on CrediPocket for compliance?

No. CrediPocket supports Site checks and onboarding by helping workers organise documents, but it is Not a verification service.

Employers should:

  • Confirm original certificates from RTOs
  • Maintain their own compliance records
  • Not rely solely on digital copies from CrediPocket

Employers and RTOs remain responsible for verification, and employers must conduct their own checks in accordance with workplace safety laws.
